Fastrack has much marketing experience for youth. Some of that is shown with Reflex as well. Dual color band is not a simple coating task. The outer and inner layers have different colors and feel different as well.

While the outer layer has a slightly rough texture, the inner layer has a soft, rubber-like feel. This makes the band elegant and comfortable. We wore the band all day and during our sleep, without any problems at all. Fastrack Reflex is generally quite comfortable.

Reflex 2.0 also comes in a durable and slightly wider design. There are two layers of different colors, and on the outside, there are rough and rough patterns while the inner layer is smooth. This makes the band comfortable and you can use it all day without any problem.

The band also looks huge because of its construction. But it comes with an advantage because it charges via regular USB and you can connect it to any device equipped with a USB charging port.

The all-new Reflex 2.0 has an OLED display and unfortunately it is very average. It comes with a horizontal orientation that makes it hard to see when worn on your wrist. Moreover, daylight visibility is not good.

Performance

However, the Refrack’s Reflex app on Android and iOS leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, the design is modest in both cases. The focus seemed to be on creating an abstract app for recording data rather than an attractive way to verify your activity. This is a big issue because competitors like Xiaomi have much better companion apps for fitness tracking.

Secondly, the iOS app for Fastrack Reflex barely works. The range was not reliably tied to the iPhone 7. Every time we open the app, we are received with the pop-up iOS request twice. Then the app pulls data from the activity tracker. This was running on Android, but on iOS it failed to download data from previous days.

Fastrack Reflex stores activity data for 15 days but on iOS app several days no activity data showed because we only opened the app to sync once every four days or so. We didn’t encounter this issue with the Android app.

The app’s user interface is modest and mainly focuses on creating a simple data collection app to check activities. It comes with a number of features such as step count tracking, total mileage, and number of calories burned.

Fastrack Reflex 2.0 is a decent activity tracker in a really crowded market with brands like Xiaomi and Lenovo. Reflex 2.0 with its basic features like activity tracker, notification reminder, as well as good battery life creates competition for others. The squad offers value for money and may be suitable for you if you need a squad to track basic activity.

If it were the only product on the market, we’d say Fastrack Reflex would have been a decent activity tracker. But in the crowded scene which already contains products like Xiaomi Mi Band 2, Fastrack Reflex is behind its competitor. Mi Band 2 has a better screen, more elegant, provides good battery life, and also has a negative heart rate sensor. It also has great apps on Android and iOS.
